Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS)

If you were vaccinated in the UK (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, or Wales), the Isle of Man (IoM), or Jersey and you have become severely disabled as a result of receiving certain vaccines, you may be entitled to a Vaccine Damage Payment.

A Vaccine Damage Payment is a one-off payment of £120,000. It is:

  • tax free
  • not treated as compensation, meaning you could still seek damages in court
