The Head of Workforce Optimisation’s role is to plan, strategically carry out and evaluate the effects of a number of programmes and projects that aim to improve the way people work together.
Performance Manager
The Performance Manager drives operational performance and delivery through strategic planning, leadership and performance management. They identify growth opportunities working with stakeholders across workforce services.
Optimisation Manager
This role oversees complex tasks that focus on change and project management, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. They negotiate delivery goals, while making sure that all workforce systems and services are aligned.
Optimisation Business Manager
This role supports the senior leadership team to deliver service strategic and operational goals through planning, governance, budget management and leading on innovative business improvements. They work across the service to ensure robust plans to optimise resource and ensure value for money.
Optimisation Implementation Leads
Leads are responsible for coordinating and planning the project involving stakeholders, managing change and leading the teams. They build good relationships to ensure effective cooperation for successful implementation.
Optimisation Coordinator
Coordinators support the delivery of the Optimisation program through project support, governance functions, reporting progress to the leadership team, managing budgets, fostering stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective implementation of business changes. They foster a collaborative approach whilst promoting continuous improvement.
Optimisation Management Information Analyst
Providing accurate management information and figures to help with implementation projects. They are key in creating dashboards, automating reports, and proactively improving data analysis methods. As an MI Analyst, one of the main jobs is to look for ways to constantly improve by using data analytics to support and improve business change initiatives.
Optimisation Team Leaders
Focusing on workload monitoring, performance management, efficiency improvements, and customer service. Building relationships and making sure that colleagues have good experiences with change, by managing performance and development.
Optimisation Advisors
Advisors support the Leads in delivering Optimisation plans, engaging stakeholders, fostering positive change experiences, and managing direct reports. They focus on continuous improvement, and effective coordination to ensure successful transitions and realise business benefits.
Optimisation Administrators
The support team members provide support to optimisation projects through effective communication and administrative duties. They complete critical, bespoke and high-volume data input and calculations across a variety of workforce services activities.
