If you want to start advertising on the NHS Volunteering service, email nhsvolunteering@nhsbsa.nhs.uk
We’ll need to check you’re eligible to advertise on the service and then agree a start date for your organisation.
Setting up your NHS Volunteering account
Signing in to your NHS Volunteering account
NHS Volunteering uses multifactor authentication to keep the service secure.
You’ll need to download the Microsoft Authenticator app onto your mobile device to access your account. When you sign in, we’ll ask you to enter a security code from the app.

View and share your live NHS Volunteering opportunities
You can view and share the opportunities you have live in the NHS Volunteering service.
Sharing will help potential volunteers find your current live opportunities.

Other ways for potential volunteers to apply
Potential volunteers do not have to apply using the NHS Volunteering service. When you advertise an opportunity, you can direct them to apply using:
- the NHS Volunteering service
- your own system, web page or form
