The NHS Jobs Stakeholder Engagement team

The Stakeholder Engagement team build and maintain relationships with key recruitment contacts in large and primary care organisations who use NHS Jobs.

We work with them to:

  • understand their experience and support their use of the service
  • identify opportunities for collaborative working
  • develop networks to share knowledge between organisations
  • support two-way communication between recruiting organisations and the NHS Jobs team
  • include stakeholder input into the medium and long-term development of the service

We use different methods, depending on our stakeholders' preferences, for example:

  • one-to-one conversations
  • webinars
  • events
  • interest groups
