It’s important that each GOS contractor is compliant with the General Ophthalmic Services Contracts Regulations 2008.
If you are a GOS contractor, as part of our contract management activity, we will organise a visit to your practice prior to the GOS contract award stage.
What to do if your practice is ready for a visit
If your practice is ready for a visit, your allocated case worker will send you a contract compliance site visit form (Word: 102KB).
Do not complete this until you have received it from an NHSBSA caseworker.
