We're reminding pharmacy contractors to complete this year's Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework (CPAF) screening questionnaire by 11:59pm on Saturday 24 July 2021.
Around 2,000 pharmacies still need to complete this year’s CPAF, which is mandatory for every pharmacy in England.
Users of Manage Your Service (MYS) can complete the CPAF questionnaire by logging in to the portal. Contractors who have not yet signed up to use MYS can complete the survey online.
The questionnaire takes between 10 and 20 minutes to complete.
