Our NHS Jobs COVID-19 indicator tool on the NHS Jobs platform helps users to find roles related to COVID-19.
Since it's launch, we've had 9,641 vacancies advertised with over 9.5 million advert views and almost 193,456 applications for jobs.
The tool also allows employers to flag new and existing vacancies as COVID-19 related.
Our developers have also prepared links which can be shared with other recruitment websites, enabling them to display the COVID-19 related vacancies from within NHS Jobs on their own jobs boards. This helps to maximise the number of staff available to the frontline NHS at this crucial time.
New features added in NHS Jobs
We've quickly added new features to help speed up recruitment processes, for example:
- Vacancies now show the same in our legacy platform as the new NHS Jobs service
- The candidate home page on NHS Jobs now has a direct link to COVID-19 related initiatives managed by NHS Professionals and NHSE/I
- ID checks and right to work processes have been expedited to align with NHS Employers’ new viewing evidence process
