We have changed the way you can request patient information from the following dashboards in ePACT2:
- Oversupply dashboard
- Opioid (Snapshot) dashboard
- Respiratory dashboard
- Polypharmacy dashboard
You will now see the Patient Information Request Procedure section in the Supporting Information page of these dashboards. Requests for patient information must now be made through the new online form.
