The email addresses you use to contact the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) will be changing from nhs.net to nhsbsa.nhs.uk. The migration process and all new emails are secure.
Your NHS Dental Services contacts at the NHSBSA will be in touch to update you on their new email addresses. Please update your contact lists and address books to include the new email addresses.
There’s a one-month transition period where emails sent to the old nhs.net account will forward to the new email addresses.
From 10 July, all general inbox email addresses you use to contact NHS Dental Services will change. The new address is in the automated reply that you receive when you contact us.
