Updating your business owner email address in Compass

We will shortly be delivering dental teams with their year-end reconciliation for 2021/22 in line with the contract management arrangements detailed in NHS England and NHS Improvement's letter titled Key steps in 2022 to deliver for patients in NHS dentistry (22 December 2021).

We will notify practices by email to confirm when your year-end letters are ready to view. These emails will be sent to the Business Owner email address as recorded in Compass, so make sure these details are up to date. 

It is not possible to update your business owner email in Compass. So, if you need to update your business owner email, or have any other questions regarding your year-end reconciliation, contact us at nhsbsa.dentalcases@nhs.net.
