eLearning courses allow users to:
- complete role-based training modules
- learn at their own pace
- learn at a time that suits them
- use knowledge checks to test their understanding
- repeat modules if needed
You can access these courses through the NHS Learning Hub and Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
Learning Hub
To access these courses through the NHS Learning Hub you'll need to register for an account. If you already have an account, you can sign in. Once you’re signed in, you can find the NHS Jobs eLearning courses in the NHS Jobs catalogue.
We've published a range of information and resources to support employers with the NHS Learning Hub.
ESR
To access these courses in ESR, search for the eLearning course and enrol onto the class to play the content. Once you start the course, your progress will be saved as you go. Your staff record will be updated when you’ve completed the course.
