NHSBSA streamlines pharmacy claims process with updated digital portal  

The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has streamlined the Manage Your Service (MYS) Pharmacy portal, introducing updates designed to simplify the claims process for pharmacy contractors across England.  

The following updates were rolled out to improve the user experience for pharmacy contractors:  

  • a refreshed side panel   
  • status messages
  • an archiving feature
  • an updated referred-backs section 

The portal updates are part of the NHSBSA’s ongoing strategy to improve services for healthcare providers by developing modern, secure and scalable digital services and technology platforms.
