We administer the NHS Bursary and Social Work Bursary on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care and Health Education England.

Our Customer Charter explains:

• that we need to work together with students and universities to administer the bursaries
• our service standards
• the terms and conditions of the bursaries
• the different stages of the application process
• what to do if there is a change of circumstances
