Since April 2022, we've been surveying patients who have received NHS dental treatment in Wales. Responses will be used by the Welsh Government and Public Health Wales to evaluate patient experience.

- printable posters for your waiting room
- assets for your digital screens
Display the resources in your waiting room to help us let your patients know that they might be contacted. The printable posters and downloadable resources will also let your patients know how they can opt out of being surveyed digitally.
