DHSC, NHS England (NHSE) and Community Pharmacy England (CPE) have agreed that the requirement to deliver one Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) consultation to achieve a Pharmacy First fixed payment will be delayed and will not go ahead in October 2025.
