Reminder: contacting the Stakeholder Engagement Team

We have noticed that email queries are being received that have been sent to multiple accounts. This is causing duplications or delays.

Our standard process is that we do not action or respond to emails where they are sent to several recipients and we have been CC’d.

This is a reminder that employers with general enquiries should contact the Stakeholder Engagement team at: nhsbsa.pensionsemployers@nhsbsa.nhs.uk. Your members should be directed to contact: nhsbsa.pensionsmember@nhsbsa.nhs.uk.

When e-mailing the Stakeholder Engagement Team please do not copy members into your e-mail. We will reply directly to you, so you can liaise with the member.

Where we are unable to provide a response, your query will be referred to the relevant team. Employer escalations can also be sent to our internal teams by the Employer Helpline, who also have the facility to escalate issues to the Stakeholder Engagement Team upon your request.
