If you hold a GDS or PDS contract, the deadline to submit your year-end declaration has now been extended until 11.59pm on Monday 14 June 2021. This is a firm deadline and there will be no further extension.
You must complete your year-end declaration as part of your income protection arrangements with NHS England and NHS Improvement. Failure to submit might result in contractual sanctions being issued by your local commissioning team.
How to submit your year-end declaration
To start your year-end declaration, log in to Compass and:
- open the COVID-19 menu
- select ‘Year-End Declaration’
- select ‘Start New Form’
Answer all 10 questions unless you hold an Orthodontic contract. In this case, you can enter a ‘No’ response for questions 8 and 9. Once you’ve answered the questions, select the ‘Next’ button to complete your declaration
