We worked with NHSX and mobile and broadband service providers to ensure all NHS frontline staff had high-quality connections even when working from home.

Mobile and broadband service providers agreed with the government and NHSX to improve the connectivity of the NHS frontline staff during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
We worked with NHSX and 29 service providers to coordinate this offer so eligible NHS frontline colleagues had prioritised access to mobile and broadband enhancements. Nearly 500,000 NHS frontline colleagues benefited from the offers.
