Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme - Jersey

From 13 May 2024, the NHS Business Services Authority will process Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS) claims on behalf of the Government of Jersey. This means a claim for a Vaccine Damage Payment can be submitted in relation to eligible vaccines administered on or after 1 December 2020 in Jersey.

To submit a VDPS claim for an eligible vaccine administered on or after 1 December 2020 in Jersey, download and complete the relevant VDPS claim form.

The NHSBSA already processes VDPS claims in relation to eligible vaccines administered in the UK, Isle of Man or as part armed forces treatment.

The Government of Jersey is responsible for the policy of the VDPS in Jersey and for communicating claim outcomes to claimants directly.

The Department of Health and Social Care is responsible for the policy of the scheme in the UK and Isle of Man.

For more information about the eligibility criteria, visit the Government of Jersey’s website.
