While we prioritise making payments to our members, it may take us longer than usual to process requests for estimates and transfers.
We’re working hard to reduce this time and sincerely apologise for the delay. The Stakeholder Engagement Team are supporting operations as a priority, which may limit some of the usual activities they offer.
