Registering to provide the service No registration or de-registration is required for the 2024/25 Flu service, but you will need to register to use the Manage Your Service portal in order to submit your claims. You’ll still need to update the NHS website and Directory of Services if and when you are providing the service. Submitting a claim for payment All claims must be made via the Manage Your Service portal. Claims for payment should be submitted to the NHSBSA by the 5th day of the month following the month in which the vaccine was administered. Claims will be accepted within 3 months of the date the claim should have been submitted, in accordance with the usual Drug Tariff claims process. Later claims will not be processed.
