We are currently reviewing our processes for providing redundancy estimates to employers, as there may be an increase in the number of requests we’ll receive over the coming months and we want to streamline the process for you.
If there are more than 10 members in a redundancy exercise, we ask employers to contact our Stakeholder Engagement Team at stakeholderengagement@nhsbsa.nhs.uk so we can start the process as soon as possible.
We will ask for essential information to support your request and provide a spreadsheet for you to supply your members details. Once you return these our Estimates Team will begin to process your request.
We will prioritise estimates on a case-by-case basis, considering your needs and the volume of incoming requests.
For volumes of under 10 members, please continue to use the relevant AW295 estimate request form, which can be found on the Employer forms page.
