Commissioner level training webinar
This training webinar will take you through how to access, navigate and filter the eOPS v3 dashboard to the specifics you require, such as a particular commissioning organisation or a specified time period.
This is a free webinar training service offered to all commissioners. If you've previously attended this training you can book onto the session again for refresher training if required.
There is a selection of user guides on this webpage which will assist you in navigating the dashboard, understanding the data and filtering for specifics you require.
Once you've booked, you'll be emailed an invite from the team which will contain a link. You access the session by selecting the link in the email.
Our experienced trainers deliver these sessions using Microsoft Teams. The sessions are delivered to a set agenda but you can let us know if you've any specific topics or reports you’d like to cover. You can take part wherever you are as long as you can get online.
We can share our screen and provide a step-by-step, relaxed training session. We encourage you to ask questions and let us know what you need from eOPS.
