Newsletters and Event Sign Up Privacy Notice

We provide newsletters about our services to keep you up to date with service developments and changes. You may also sign up to one of our events.

Why we process your information

If you opt-in to receiving a newsletter, or sign up to one of our events, we may ask for your:

  • first and last name
  • email address

We may also ask for a reference number for the service the newsletter relates to. This is to make sure we send you the relevant newsletter. 

If you sign up to one of our events, we may also analyse this information to understand patterns and trends that will be used to plan and make improvements to our business processes and monitor event take up

Sharing your personal information

We will not share your information with anyone, unless they have a legal right to it.

If you sign up to receive a newsletter, your information will be held in the USA under EU-approved  Standard Contract Clauses

If you sign up for one of our events, your information will be held in the USA under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Keeping your personal information

Your personal information will be deleted from our systems when you unsubscribe from the newsletter or will be retained for up to 1 year after you sign up to the event.

If your data is analysed to understand patterns and trends that will be used to plan and make improvements to our employment and recruitment processes, your data will be retained for up to 5 years. This will be anonymised or no longer processed should you wish to object to this processing.

Your rights

The information you provide will be managed as required by Data Protection law.

You have the right to:

  • receive a copy of the information we hold about you
  • request your information be changed if you believe it was not correct at the time you provided it
  • unsubscribe and have your information deleted if you no longer want to receive the newsletter
